Very recently my 22 SunPower solar panels began generating only 50% of what could be expected (4.73 KW rooftop array). I contacted Arizona Solar Concepts on a Thursday. The following Monday an outstanding technician arrived - very polite, very professional - and resolved the issue. The whole system is now working very fine. I am fully satisfied with the repair.

I love the job that they are doing and I’m Liiving a lot more comfortable without worrying about a huge Electric bill!

Well first off I would like to say the employees at sunpower by az solar concepts are the best everybody there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable the sales consultant that I worked with Rob greer was just awesome I actually still stay in contact with him when I was in the market for Solar panels I got bids from several companies I decided to go with sun power because they seem to be the most sincere and honest and trustworthy people that really wanted to Find The right solution to my energy needs instead of just trying to sell me a product everybody else wanted to sell me a system with things I did not need or want but Rob Greer wanted to help me find a system that would benefit me over just trying to sell me something that I did not need i’ve had my system for just shy of a year this will be my first summer going into it with the Solar panels but I can already tell they are going to help lower my electrical cost and the price was a lot more reasonable than some of the other companies that I called to inquire about it because they did not try to sell me stuff I do not need or want but help me find a system that would suit my needs I wound up getting a 10 panel system that has room for expansion they kept me informed on every aspect of the job it was very little effort on my part they took care of everything all I had to do was approve the plans for the design which are very low impact solar panels instead of those clumpy ones that you see on a lot of Roofs The only thing I had to get used to was peak time from my electricity company but so far I love the job that they are doing and I’m Living a lot more comfortable without worrying about a huge Electric bill

I found Rob and the rest of the AZ Solar Concepts team to be honest and reliable and I am pleased with the results. Bonus: Rob carries dog treats, so the pug is also a satisfied customer. Update: I had my semi annual A/C maintenance done today. My guy commented about the high quality of the installation. He was impressed the clean conduit runs, the labeling of the panels and that safe access to the A/C was considered.

The team at AZ Solar Concepts were great, starting with Rob in designing the system that was right for us. Rob is experienced, professional and a pleasure to work with, he set expectations and they were fulfilled without incident. Mitch handled the financial and scheduling end of the installation and we were always kept informed of each step, from permitting to install to inspection to commissioning. All was done in the time frame that Rob had estimated at the beginning of the process. Great work guys. Now we will see how well it lowers our electric bill from ED3.

Great solar company to work with, our sales representative Doug explained the whole process thoroughly, went over the pros and cons with different options. After getting quote from 6 different companies, i decided SunPower suited me the most. Very professional in communication at every stage of the process. In fact cost wise it was cheaper $$ wise when i compared with other big names in the market. The installation crew were just great and did an awesome job. SunPower is the best in the business, hands-down.

I would like to say first and foremost, Rob Greer was awesome. He is very professional, makes sure you're comfortable before moving on, and will walk with you on anything you need. He even helped me apply for my AAA rebate for the solar panels. That said, SunPower is the best in the business, hands-down. There were some communication issues, but Rob seems to have helped me on that by at least addressing it. The whole thing was pretty seamless and I again think Mr. Greer was fantastic!
